From May 19–30, I had the pleasure of teaching at Unplugged Dance 2025, a 7-week residential dance education program in Paleohori, Lefkada, rooted in embodiment, inclusivity, and creative exploration. During that time, I led daily morning practices designed to awaken the body and support conditioning through Pilates-based movement, mobility work, and coordination exercises.

These sessions offered a balance of structure and exploration, grounding participants in their physicality while preparing them for the day’s creative practices. Our focus was on cultivating core strength, mobility, and body awareness as tools for supporting self-expression and joyful movement.

Being part of Unplugged Dance’s learning environment was a truly inspiring experience. This program reimagines dance education as a liberating and self-empowering process, where listening to the body becomes a gateway to both personal and collective transformation.

I am grateful for the opportunity to share space with such open-hearted and curious movers.
