Artist Residency - Künstlerhaus Mousonturm
Frankfurt, October - November 2022
After Eliane's Roumie participation at the Solocoreografico - International Solo Dance Festival Frankfurt 2021 and the Special Jury Award for her piece ιντεκάλ انتقال, Tanzplattform Rhein - Main invited the artist for a month residency position at the Künstlerhaus Mousonturm in Frankfurt. While in residency, Eliane further researched, developed and presented her solo piece, a piece inspired by her Syrian descent. At the same time she had the opportunity to watch all artistic productions of Tanzfestival Rhein-Main 2022 and immerse herself in the Frankfurt and Rhine-Main dansce scene. The residency program was also supported by the Goethe Institut, offering a scholarship to the artist.
